Responsibilities: • Collaborate with all the key stakeholders on developing, prioritizing, and managing the product in restaurant domain • Conduct audience, industry, and competitive research and analysis • Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate their product development needs of restaurant domain into meaningful and actionable specification and product definition documentation. • Manage product launches/product line enhancements; prepare marketing materials and collateral related to new features; coordinate product training for sales and customer support; manage other product launch activities • Ongoing direct and indirect communication with audience members for the purposes of developing a better understanding of their needs, concerns and requests. • Oversee the collection, management, and prioritization of all platform issues, concerns, and requests Qualifications: • Must have a Bachelors/Masters degree (MBA preferably) from a reputable institution • Minimum 5+ years in a marketing/program management/product management role • Excellent strategic thinking skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Highly organized with proven ability to plan and work in short project cycles • Understanding of restaurant domain will be a major plus
