Ecstatic Sellers Tip of the week: Recently while completing an inspection, the real estate agent got nervous and called the sellers for reinforcement because we were finding too many problems. When Mr. and Mrs. Seller arrived they began to compulsively share about the repairs completed on the building. As I asked them more questions they became more passionate and provided more detail because the repairs were made without blueprints or permits from the City. Much of what was done was in violation of the Building Code and guided by the instruction of their contractor. Thanks to the seller, Tomacor discovered that the house was having problems with tree roots in the main sewer; a problem which the seller had addressed every year. In my opinion, it may now be time to replace the sewer. I just want to thank the seller for her help.
