Contact Caroline Sundman today at caroline.sundman@yahoo Volunteers needed for the Champion of Champions If you are interested in volunteering for the US Sailing Championship of Champions, October 9 - 12, please contact Cathy Newpher at crnewpher@me October 9-12, 2014 Edgewater Yacht Club Edgewater Yacht Club is privileged to be hosting the Champion of Champions Series in October, 2014. This event will be bringing 20 elite sailing teams to Cleveland from October 9th – 12th. As the host club, one of our responsibilities is to find families who are willing to house a team (or two) for the duration of the event. Teams are composed of 3 sailors and many have both male and female crew members. Teams usually have their own transportation and all meals will be provided at EYC. Housing close to the Club is convenient, but not necessarily required. This is a great opportunity to meet and get to know some of the top sailors in the country. Let’s show these sailors we are the most hospitable yacht club around! October 11th Champion of Champions Dinner The dining room will close at 1:30 pm and there will be at least 4 tables available for member use for dinner. The bar will be open with food service.
