Edgy post alert, if you are easily offended there is the unfriend option readily availble. The Constitution doesnt authorize or grant anything. Its a pact between dead men. The dead cannot logically obligate posterity. The world belongs to the living, and the dead have no claim upon us. All power by its very existence is potentially unlimited. Anarchy is order without power or authority. Any pretense used to establish power held by one over another is necessarily illegitimate. The Constitution is just such a pretense. Its the superstition of constitutional authority only that grants it power. All that is necessary to end this fiction is for the individual to recognize the superstition for what it is.
