Ediblesins is always striving to bring you the best..to that end I will be officially having my kitchen health board certified! A few things on the checklist to get done in my cake kitchen, once complete it will pass the inspection with flying colours I am sure. The inspector was so very helpful in guiding me in what needs to be done! I can continue to operate as usual , we have all the right insurance, the training and equipment! I hope this step matters as much to you my clients as it does to me. There are far too many out there that have no insurance, no health certification and no training.. and its a concern for all of us. I want to bring you the best using the best resources, equipments, ingredients, and quality I can. That means being certified and licensed to me.. what are your thoughts?
