Edited video shared by some ppl. My views for this: 1. Summary of the video: Arvind Kejriwal tells the interviewer that he was avoiding a particular topic because the topic was controversial. He further said that it would project the private sector in a bad light and that was not right, because AAP is not anti-private. Next the interviewer suggests to him to talk about the resevation system and Arvind says that he wants to talk about it and had almost forgotten to discuss it. The interviewer then comments that some of the ideas/comments are revolutionary. Arvind requests to focus/highlight this. The interviewer then goes to point/assess that the part about Bhagat Singh will draw a lot of reactions. Now you decide if any part here suggests that any in-appropriateness on the interviewer or on Arvinds part. I am framing them as questions so that people find ease in thinking about it: Should Arvind have explained/suggested to the interviewer to avoid a particular topic in order to avoid a debate or was it in-appropriate? Should the interviewer have suggested a topic to discuss regarding reservations, citing that it is a cause with a major votebank or was it in-appropriate? Should Arvind have requested to focus on a particular part of the interview or was it inappropriate? I personally did not find anything wrong, I just found Mr. Punya Prasun Bajpai slightly eager to help Arvind with what to focus on. ***************************************** Arvind Kejriwal:That topic is a bit theoretical, the one where you were talking about corporates. Punya Prasun Bajpai: Ok Arvind Kejriwal:Very theoretical actually, which is why I am avoiding it. Because of that the middle class might think we are against privatisation, against companies. This is why I was delibrately avoiding the debate. We can discuss anything else. Punya Prasun Bajpai: And what about the 80% of the society that lives on margins(This is a reference to the reservation system) Arvind Kejriwal: I will talk about that. Punya Prasun Bajpai: You should come to this now. It is a major vote bank in our country. Arvind Kejriwal: Of course, I will talk about it next, I had forgotten about it. Punya Prasun Bajpai: We are doing it for them so ... Arvind Kejriwal: I dont wish to say that all privates (This is a reference to the private industry) are doing it. No matter which government comes to power they extort money/commisions from private sector, so should we be prejudiced against the private sector, which would not be right. Punya Prasun Bajpai: Very revolutionary, it is very revolutionary. Arvind Kejriwal: Please run it with focus/highlight on that. Punya Prasun Bajpai: Of course, we will run that, but the part about Bhagat Singh, it will get a lot of reactions from the public. ************************************ More over videos can be edited like this: https://youtube/watch?v=QYBDfwbTEBw
