Educate-the-client tip of the day: a final non-native bilingual - TopicsExpress

Educate-the-client tip of the day: a final non-native bilingual client who did French at school asked my client (who passed onto me) to review her work: Should be only a couple of hours to proofread my two business quotes for my important prospect by tonight, and I have already done translation to speed up. Me: Im afraid that for publication quality, fixing typos, grammar issues, inconsistencies, literal overall translation and unnatural wordings would still make it insufficient quality for commercial use, with still very late delivery tonight, and paying by the hour would end up costing you twice as much as translating it myself in the first place on a per word-basis and by tomorrow EOB. What is your desired best option?
