Educating yourself on how to handle these situations is one of the most important things you can do. This video just put my blood pressure through the roof. Ive personally experienced about 3 situations like this growing up so far. All of which I was able to talk my way out of. I never took the time to record those situations, and one of which, back in 2012 outside of Burrito Bar, I REALLY wish I had. (Cop kicked my door in and told me to STFU, just because I asked him why I was being pulled over -_- ) Theres TOO MANY punk 20-something year-old with guns and badges patrolling our streets. Too scared to fight real crime, instead, attempt to make rank by making DUI arrests and writing summons. Although I do not condone Drinking and Driving what so ever, I especially despise the way the NYPD and Authorities nationwide have been violating our rights. Understand, even if you are under the influence, YOU DO NOT have to blow into that Breathalyzer. There are so many protocols and instances that need to occur for you to be found guilty. I remember an instance during this past super bowl, I was stopped at a routine checkpoint. I was polite, calm and havent even had a drink yet that evening. I complied and decided to blow into the machine, and the officers said I blew over legal limit and they would have to take me in. I made a big, but calm stink about it, right there on forest avenue and asked them to call in higher ranking officers to review their test. They immediately handed me back my license and asked me to drive home safely. Last time I will ever blow into that machine.... The only way to stop these animals is to give them a taste of their own medicine.
