Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency of the European Commission published new program guide for 2015 and general call for applicants now open for project proposals regarding capacity building in the field of youth by organisations from Western Balkans (Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo1). On two deadlines in 3th April and 2th of September 2015 youth organisations will be able to submit projects including at least one of following activates: Youth Exchanges between Programme and eligible Partner Countries; European Voluntary Service117 from/to eligible Partner Countries; Mobility of youth workers between Programme and eligible Partner Countries. Mobility of youth workers supports the professional development of youth workers, through the implementation of activities such as transnational/international seminars, training courses, contact-making events, study visits, etc. or job shadowing/observation periods abroad in an organisation active in the youth field. Only one project proposal per deadline may be submitted by the same applicant, but one application can include one or more activates (e.g. two Training Course or one Training Course and two Youth Exchanges). Western Balkans Youth Window includes projects within Key Action 2: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, sub-action: Capacity building in the field of youth.
