Educational System,,,,, My Reservations ! September , as we know is the busiest Month for Ghana Education Service,,,, because,its the start of a new Academic Calender for Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Institutions,,,, Its also a month where FWSC, GES & the various Teaching/non Teaching Staffs do collaboration so to sort out due entitlements / Arrears are cleared to enable a Term or Semester run smoothly devoid of strikes ! I mean the like of ,,,,,, ** NAGRAT, ** UTAG ** GNAT ** TEWU ** POTAG ** FUSAG ,,,,but, have they ever ceased in disturbing our ears with strikes,,,? Currently, gleaning from the Ministry of Education indicates that, the mean Prof. Naana Opoku Agyemang, being deputized by extremely novice Okudzeto Ablakwa are having a tough time in trying to prioritize the grievances of Teachers/Lectures ,,,, its shambolic as of now,,,,,, ** All the Public Universities re-opened a Month ago but, the Lecturers are on strike,, ** Having rushed the 3yrs & 4yrs Students to graduate the same year has caused Admission gridlock,,,,! If you have ever pigeonholed Teachers/Lectures as greedy, i think its wrong, looking at the misplaced priorities of the Government to spend on non-existent Projects like GYEEDA & SADA,,,, ,,,,,, when it comes to Education, we are simply FRIVOLOUS ! **KWABENA NSAFOA***
