Effective immediately today October 15, 2014. Changes to TONIcise, LLC............... 1). All sessions must be paid before in full before workout session can happen. 2). 24- Hour policy to cancellation. If I make it to the gym for a clients scheduled time and they do not contact me about being absent. That will consist of a session charge. 3). There will be no exercise logs written out, to pass out & share with friends. If you are a local client, not online, or via telephone client there will be a $150 extra charge for such materials. 4). Monthly packages are just that! If your sessions are not completed after a month, you will have a grace period of 2 weeks to complete them. Unless I have heard a legitimate excuse the sessions may be froze until the client returns. If not used the sessions will expire. 5). Regardless of unused monthly sessions, payment renewal is monthly unless the client has purchased more than 1 month. That is a billing cycle of 30 days. 6). Monthly packages allow for session discounts. If monthly payments can not be paid consistently then I suggest paying for individual sessions instead. 7). The procedures I use, or implement such as photography, team workouts, creative exercises are not meant to be copied, coached to others, or solicited to promote any consumer sales. 8). Showing up for your session to say you will just do cardio and session later; is considered not canceling with in 24-hours. 9). Exercise prescription, time, & effort I put into any individual is specifically meant for that individual. It is not meant for the uncertified person/ trainer to use my exercises as a guide to mislead others as to potraying a role they are legally not certified to do. 10). I enjoy hands on training. This allows me to critique the client, help them become better at their transformations, observe their actions and try to correct any errors to prevent injury. I have over 15 years experience in what I do. It is a little more complicated than stealing someones YouTube routine and claiming it for fame. I am not a wal-mart trainer, nor college work study trainer. My credentials are real and the prices are very fair for the region. Please do not take advantage of your fitness professionals. Respect the Kinesiology field. Thank You Toni Wheeler, ACEPT; ACEGFI
