Effective market launch in China The Regional Management organised a workshop for 55 employees of Hettich Hardware Accessories Co. (HCN) in Shanghai. In this workshop the newly consolidated sales team was given an intensive training. The challenges at local level were based on the fact that the knowledge of the varies products and marketing experience was diverse among the sales personnel. Thus, among other things a training concept was designed to suit these requirements. It comprised interrelated modules and a combination of practical and theoretical contents. It was really a positive thing to know that every colleague has worked together for Hettich with pleasure, commitment and trust. On the basis of the positive feedback and overall impression, the next workshop will take place by end of July 2014.
