Efficiently use your time on strength days. Take full advantage of the allotted time. What does that mean? If there is 25 minutes to do a 5x5 Deadlift, you should be spending those 25 minutes working on your sets. The Strength portion of our classes are already shorter than Ideal. Train with purpose! Going through the motions isnt going to get you anywhere. Not being fully engaged to each training session is the easiest way to get hurt and also commonly associated with not making any #GAINZ! That being said, being late is just as detrimental. You dont show up an hour late for work and expect to get paid for full time. You dont miss 10 minutes of a 1 hour session and expect to get the full benefits of the days programming. Dont take it personal, I just want to see you reach your fitness goals! -Christian
