Egg shrapnel everywhere, darlings! The Duchess was hard boiling four eggs and completely forgot about them ... for about 30 minutes! Then there was this loud hissing, followed by a bang! A grisly sight in the kitchen, darlings ... you would not believe the extent of the debris field! Egg detritus dangling from the light fixtures and the underside of the microwave, the cupboards across the room have been pebble dashed with egg whites, and half a yoke landed in an empty wine glass on the counter. A less than appealing fragrance hangs in the air...
