Mulligan who shared his knowledge and to those who participate in these videos allowing me to share Mulligans knowledge with you. This short film illustrates how common neck problems are, also among health professionals and athletes, at least 25% of the course attendants indicated to have neck problems and /or headaches. This video should also clearly illustrate how quickly changes in ROM and pain are achieved when MWM/SNAG is indicated. In other words, SNAG, MWM & BRIDGE ( A modified MWM) is a legitimate test and treatment method for cervical spine disorders. It is safe, pain free and simple to learn for all manual therapists/ medical practitioners. For the patients it is logical and not too complicated to follow. Studies by Ried et al. 2008, 2014 (in print) and Hall et al (2010) demonstrated clearly that Mulligan s techniques are effective for treatment of Dizziness and Headache symptoms of cervical spine origin. ..................................................................................................................... Personal openion: MWM and SNAGS form a very promising method for manual therapists that allows simple solutions to test and treat common musculoskeletal and sports related disorders. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Feel free to share with your colleagues. However, it is important to note that this is not a cook book recipe and that medical practitioners and manual therapists should have formal education in The Mulligan Concept by MCTA members to use the method in clinical practice.
