Egypt’s grassroots Tamarod (Rebel) campaign to withdraw confidence from President Mohamed Morsi and call for early presidential elections has gained momentum in Egypt and abroad collecting millions of signatures calling for the ousting of Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi. On June 30th 2013, one-year anniversary of Morsi’s inauguration, Egyptians across the world will gather to protest and condemn the anti democratic actions taken by the Muslim Brotherhood regime in Egypt and withdraw confidence from the President. Egyptian in America are rebelling in solidarity with the Tamarod movement in Egypt calling again for January 25 revolution’s demands, which have been ignored to date: social justice, freedom, dignity, rule of law, human rights, women rights, and minorities’ rights. Location: Dag Hammarskjold park in front of the united Nation June 30th between 2 to 5pm demonstration on June 30th between 2 to 5pm in front of the united nation at Dag Hammarskjold Park, New York.
