Eh.. The way I see it, there is no such thing as competition amongst artists; just as there is no competition between plants and each of their own unique beauties (even within the same species). No two snowflakes and no two fingerprints are the same.. In the same way, if two artists in painted the same line, in the same color, each on a separate canvas, both paintings will be different. Even if they were both painted by the same artist. They will be two different paintings.. Whatever creative field youre involved in, all that matters is that youre passionate and therefore good at what you do. For all work is different, even if copied from someone else. Keep in mind that everything has a source of (especially initial) inspiration and no one is really self-taught or self-made. This shouldnt apply only to artists, but to humanity as a whole! Everybody has a mind of their own (unless theyve permitted otherwise), and thus, everyone is an artist in my eyes; gods, if you will.. I am grateful to the divinity that is God for the consciousness and ability to express my inner self in more ways than one, with love and with passion. And I am also grateful to that divinity for granting me the ability to coexist with all of you fellow beautiful people on this mesmerizing [atmo]sphere the that is Earth!
