Eight years ago I moved back to Philly! I saw this lovely new development and plotted on buying a home there! I took my sister, friends, chicks I was talking to anyone who would listen to see what these houses was hitting for!! I planned in 2 years making my law firm salary I would be positioned to buy one! I just hoped they would still be there by then! Well in 2009 when I was laid off from my six figure salary I was scared, hurt, even depressed at times. I shortly came to and realized that it could be worse Soo I started MFI Law n just kept it moving. What I also did was began to think realistically and that meant me living in this dream home and community was out of the question! So I began grinding, grinding and grinding! Now 5 years later Im humbled to say not only am I buying my dream home, but because of change in developers its bigger than even the best model in 09; and cheaper! Im sitting here stronger than I was in 08 and blessings all around me!!! As I drive a car I never thought Id be driving, have investment properties I didnt hv b4, moving into a home I never thought Id have the ability to move into, Im here to tell you why I stopped questioning GOD! Things happen in our lives that are often detours yet we perceive them as road blocks!! However in time we see GODs true plan for us come to fruition usually through efforts outside of our own!! #imabeliever #blessed #thankfulnhumbled #mommaimadeit
