Eighth technique of meditation Your body has to be treated as the temple of the divine. When you breathe in you are drawing in prana also from the cosmic world that sustains your inner being. That prana you draw in is utilised by the divine being within you. Hence when you inhale a breath it means that you are intaking prana for the sustenance of the divine within you. If you are eating, walking, it is not you, but the divine within you is sustained by your eating and walking. If you can treat your body as a temple, then this technique will be helpful. You are doing everything for the ‘consciousness within you’ that is witness to your doing. If you become conscious of the prana coming in during inhaling breath, you can realise that prior to you falling sick it will be moving out indicating that you are going to fall sick later. Not only about your sickness, if you become conscious of this prana you can even predict the thought processes, emotions, mood and temper based on where the prana is focussed that time in different chakras of your body. even you can predict the time of your death. Six months prior to your death prana will not be drawn into you when you inhale a breath and you can feel prana moving out when you are exhaling a breath.
