Einsteins theory states that gravity warps space-time. The objects - TopicsExpress

Einsteins theory states that gravity warps space-time. The objects do not fall, instead the space they are in is pulled towards the earth. In other words, space is falling, not the objects in it. That is why free-fall feels akin to being in outer space, where there is no gravity; ie. 0Gs. That means, no force acting on it. A force only acts when an object interacts with the ground; when were standing on it, for example. We feel the force of 1G. Its the force of the earth pushing back as space-time pulls us towards the earth. This was Einsteins way of looking at it. The way we are used to viewing gravity is Newtons.
