Either It is because of the reason day I havent elaborated much on elevation in various level of executives in CNS or its not being thoroughly read out what I have written . I wrote that manpower presentation day already had made twice but chairman told me dat he needs one more presentation and asked me to convey to concerned officers for dat ...its on 28 n 29 th of April only ..I talked to Member AND n GMHR AND n conveyed to EDCNSOM. ... Let it be proved a worth of efforts as promised by chairman .. If not we have another plans to see u elevated ...Shall I elaborate further dat M to SM is in manpower presentation only ....its not being done in existing vacancies as there is no vacancies in SM this is what has emerged out in last meeting with chairman ...when on my rigorous insistence of availability of SM posts he rang up member ANS he replied that there is no vacancies in SM ..I adhered to my information and he again called up on phone GMHR ANS and he also dittoed chairman only. ...thats why I request you that lets wait n watch till 29 April. ..if its done n it goes to Board ....If not ....We wus be calling you or let you know the next course of action ...
