Contents of Reminder-Legal notice to Ld.Magistrate at Dahanu dt.23.12.2014 ----- ) In veiw of my matrimonial problems my late mother was very much anxious about my future life hence gifted & bequeathed landed property for my survival, and you being the Ld.Magistrate at Dahanu Court it was your PRIME Duty to Protect my Human Rights as you were AWARE that on the basis of false,forged and fabricated revenue record of my landed property ,the said accused/builder has obtained the order by fraud on court, which is my livelihood and except said landed property I have no source of income from any angle. Thus I am compelled to take huge loan from friends & relatives for my survival. That being harrassed at the cost of Contempt of Hon.High Court , Hon.Suprem Court and fraud on court by your Honour, it is compelling me to end the life . I am pained to say that running since last 28 years in various courts with 5 to 10 kg.court papers,I suffered from T.B.,severe back pain,knee pain,vertigo,hyper acidity,thyroid and lost all teeth at young age, now I am exhausted .I shall peacefully protest this grave injustice on me by fasting till I get justice or till my death ,& these facts I have brought to the kind notice of Hon’ble CJI ,CJ & Principle Judge at Delhi,Bombay & Thane respectively. Like · Roshani Bafna 1) Bhai-Bhai me lagaya Zagda,Maal khaya tagda. 2) Bhai -Bahan me karave Naraaji, aise chacha vakil Bothra Chandrajji. 3) St.Merys school ke Bachchoke Jaan ke saath khel khela, Parents ne kiya .. bhar raasteme muha Kaala, fir bhi besharmoka bolbala. 4) Chandraj Chowkadi ne kiya behad Bhrashtachar, Nyaydevta bhi hui Laachar. 5) Chandraj Chowkadine banaye meri Zaminoke zuthe kaagjaat, Khai malai .... sabhine milkar Bharamsath.
