El Journo -THANK YOU, THANK YOU, & What a blast! First I want to thank everybody who contributed with their wallet or supportive thoughts. We raised $6,400 with an initial goal of $2,500. Im really at a loss for words (not really). At the event we had such a great time. The pix show us before the walk having a good time getting to know each others. I had cousins, former step-cousins, friends of Michelle and their children, former co-workers of Sarah , and of course my family. There was a lot of getting to know each other. The weather was perfect for the 5k walk. As you can see there was a large number of participants, but they couldnt miss who we were; thanks to Michelles company Graphicscat. After the walk, we stayed together to recuperate (of course I didnt need to recuperate). Then we gathered together for lunch with a lot of free flowing wine. We were feeling really good about what we and our donors accomplished and also got to meet with other groups at Gordon Birch. We are still feeling the buss on what happened yesterday. Again, thank you all and now what am I going to do?
