This pork is cooked until melt in your mouth tender , then thinly sliced and finished on the grill . Served in a fresh bun with grilled sweet potato and a slightly spicy onion salsa. This is classic Peruvian street food with a twist . Asado Sandwich Pulled beef sandwich - NZ beef cooked in a red wine , tomato and chilli sauce . We cook our beef in a pressure cooker , this is very typical of Peru , locking in all the flavour and goodness. . This mouth watering beef is served in a grilled bun with caramelised onions , rocket and mozzarella . Secret of the sauce a little oxtail for that extra richness.
