El Salvador Note 9: Well, Ive had my last Salvadoran breakfast (at least for this trip). Every morning my ritual has been to sit pool side, on an open terrazza and dine on fresh pineapple, watermelon, papaya (of course), fried plantains and fresh hand made pupusas (of course). Various fresh squeezed juices: orange, watermelon and papaya have rounded out the palate pleasure. (Just found out this morning, that I couldve been adding raw salmon; but because it was over in the cheese and cold cuts section I missed it.) Oh well. When Im back in Los Estados, who will squeeze my juices? Who will make my pupusas? LOL
