El7 makontesh at5ayal eny mmkn akamel race fa gat forsa eny a5osh race duathlon (5 km running+20 km cycling+2.5 km running) w el7 a5ad 4th place in my age group .The race was tough because it is my first time joining a race ever and a national championship in cairo .First i want to thank my mam for encourge me for this oppourtunity and she said to me go for it đ and the big boss My DAD who said yes to go to cairo and attend this championship .and a very big thanks to my brother who came with me to cairo to motivate me and cheering for me 3aaash ya omar w isa next time ma3 ba3d nesharek sawa Omar Nasser . Second.. My team in cycling GBI Alex Team who was alwayes pushing me hard to achieve this amazing goal #gbialexteam with an amazing members .they are always motivate me and keep pushing on me ..thank you. My running team #Alexrunner thank you so much speacially #smouharun đđđȘđȘ .My friend Mustafa Medhat who came with me to encourage me for this championship .thank you darsh ..This is my first championship in this field and it was my first goal is just to attend one .My dream is to be an amazing triahelete to be an IronMan and to attend more and more chamionships all over the word and the next one tb2a Triathlon isa .
