Election Day...and Dish is still talking to Turner over rates and thus keeping CNN, TCM, and Cartoon Network off the line-up of all days. Glad Ive got a Roku 3 and also that Nowhere TV exists. At least I can stream CNN International and BBC World News without dealing with too much craziness. I think I know what to get Mom for Christmas. I suspect once the negotiations are done with and the channels are back on the line-up, Turner will be following its sister premium network HBO in making their channels available to subscribers without having to deal with a cable or satellite company. Considering the hassle experienced whenever rebroadcast rights get this ugly, there might be a few more networks who might be giving people the chance at cutting the cord and get their favorite shows without interruption. Its only a matter of time.
