Election Day in America. I want to give my more political friends a little nonpartisan, unsolicited advice at a time like this. Dont approach me and solicit my vote on Election Day as I walk to the polls to cast my vote. Ive already made up my mind. If your candidate or campaign hasnt caught my attention or support by now, the odds are that its not going to happen. In fact, it will cause me to look at your cause in a far more questionable way, and, if I was going to vote for your candidate or campaign, I may not now. By this time, its over. I regard this time as a sacred civic obligation. I prefer to be alone with my thoughts. No offense intended to anyone. Good luck. And God bless America.
