Election Fraud Case Update: The attorney for Team Liberty, Texas State Democratic Chair Gilberto Hinojosa, fought to keep evidence and testimony out of the trial. Almost every single piece of evidence, witnesses, and affidavits were not allowed by the court. During closing arguments we learned that Mr. Hinojosa entered ALL of the evidence into the record that will be used by the judge to determine his ruling in this case. In other words, everything that Mr. Hinojosa fought to keep away, he accidentally admitted into evidence at the very end of the trial. Perhaps he blanked out as he stated in his closing argument. While this would normally be a great victory for the plaintiffs in fighting corruption, we have no expectation whatsoever that this judge will do the right thing. As we have learned in the last few years, if we want to expose corruption, we must do it with or without the help of any court, government, or law enforcement. There will be more on this later. We are waiting for an audio recording of the closing arguments.
