Election Judges Needed The proper functioning of elections require dedicated and competent election judges. The Chicago Board of Elections is currently looking for such dedicated and competent people to assist with the Feb. 24 municipal elections. Election judges receive training and are paid $45 for training and $125 for election day. To qualify, you must be a registered voter; be able to perform basic math; and be able to read, write, and speak English.
