The only way to ensure that these EMs become more credible and accountable to the public is to make them enforceable by law. The Parliament has to exercise its collective wisdom, amend the Representation of Peoples Act, thereby making violation of any provisions in the EM an electoral offence punishable by such sanction as the law deems fit....cheers guys
