Also what is the plan for cleaning Lake Champlain to federal standards after $120 million has already been invested but federal standards have not be met? Finally, how many millions more will Vermonters have to pay to make Vermont Health Connect work???--not the program, the website? I met a flower farm customer yesterday who said goodbye to me. Said he just sold his place and is moving out of Vermont in a month. He retired three years ago and said he cannot afford to stay here because his pension and retirement plans arent keeping up with expenses. Remember Fred Tuttle, the man with the plan?
