Okvoterchoice.org reported low turn out of the 2014 election will mean lower petition signature to get the state recognized as a third political party in 2016, and also less signatures for an initiative or referendum petition. Why does Prawdzienski say “tad”? Because the signature count is still too high. High count keeps Libertarians, Greens, Constitutions and other political parties off of our Oklahoma Ballots. Will you be allowed to vote for a 3rd Political Party in 2016? Prior to 1974, Title 26-1-108, signature count was only need 5000. We need to return to the lower number.
