“Electro for Japan” was launched after the Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2011… For a mere 5 Euros donation via paypal, YOU can download no fewer than 45 tracks - 90% of which so-far-unreleased - by international so-called “electro” acts ranging from Anne Clark, Pankow, Spectra Paris, Parade Ground, Modern Cubism, Absolute Body Control, No More, Klutae or K-Bereit to The Young Gods, BUZZ, Bak XIII, David Carretta and Guerre Froide to name but a few (!) 3 years on, after raising approx. 1500 Euros directly sent to the non-profit organization Minakami Blue Monkey Rescue Fund to help the refugees around Fukushima, “Electro for Japan” is still available on Bandcamp (exclusively)… From now on, all the money raised with each download will be donated to various animal rescue funds working in and around Fukushima. Theres still a lot to do there and YOU can help too ! electroforjapan2011.bandcamp/album/electro-for-japan-2011
