Electronic Assembly Person Kiatronics is an innovative electronic control products manufacturer based in Judea, Tauranga. Due to our increased workload we are seeking a reliable & full time Electronics Assembly person to join our hardworking & friendly factory team in the new year. The position mainly involves through-hole soldering of electronic components onto circuit boards and also some final assembly of electronic products. The successful applicant will need to have great attention to detail, and be accurate and tidy in their work. Good eyesight is important and you will need to be physically able as some lifting is involved. The job also involves being seated for longer periods of time. You must be able to work unsupervised for long periods. Electronic manufacturing experience is preferred although not essential as training can be provided. This position may suit someone returning to the workforce. Experience in fine, detailed assembly work and knowledge of basic hand tool use would be an advantage. The hours of work are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. There is the possibility of flexibility with hours eg. an earlier daily start & finish if preferred.
