Elenoa from our SIDS Youth Pacific team just presented our Pacific SIDS youth consultation document (collective views of 29 youth from 11 Pacific countries) to the Pacific leaders at the Pacific Small Island Developing States (PSIDS) Regional Preparatory Meeting in Nadi. The delegates from Fiji is responding to our statement in tears in support of our statements and thanking us for a "wake up call". The Ambassador from PNG offers his support and now delegate from the Solomon Islands is talking about the youth statement in the official forum.
