Elephant stew with Veelanhs cajun meat rub. First you got to catch a elephant. It should be kinda on de small side cause de real big ones are too tough to eat. After ya dun got you elephant cut himup into bite sized pieces. Mix two tablespoons of Veelahns cajun rub with every three cups flour. It gonna took a bonch cause a elephant is a lot of meat. Dredge all the pieces of meat in the flour & veelanhs then brown in hot oil. Then in a huge pot put 40 cups chopped onions,20 cups chopped garlic, 10 cups chopped bell pepper,10 cups chopped celery,5 cups chopped parsley& set aside. Make a large roux using 2 gallons of oil & 50 lbs of flour. When roux is dark enough & the right consistancy Add vegetables to the pot r along with the elephant meat & 25lbs sliced carrots. As a standby have a large rabbit skinned & quartered. When stew is fully cooked it will fee about 1500 people but if additional guest show up add the rabbit,but only as a last resort as most people wouldnt like finding a hare in their stew.
