Elise Hogue these are the pics I have been promising you, this is taken today, as you can see in the pic on the right its still much shorter than the other one, but considering the fact that the lobe was completely ripped off its not bad ( I think) When it happened it wasnt even painful and I didnt even realize it, even though it was completely torn off, until the blood gushed all over ( apologies for sensitive viewers :P ) I was forced to go to the emergency hospital because of the blood flow as I couldnt stem it myself. I just presumed they would stitch it closed and I would be on my way within minutes, but they were horrified and insisted on the plastic surgeon performing the surgery. I was so irritated at the time and even argued with them that it was not necessary, but now I am pretty relieved I followed his advice as it would have been a real mess :-) There is no scaring behind the ear at all either ( where he took the skin from to make the new lobe) Hey, I always say I will never have plastic surgery but now I realize I have, just not the usual kind that woman have :P That damn pesky collie dog :-) Obviously I had to have new piercings, I took the one earring out so you could see it properly
