Working in the Corporate Governance Department as a Legal Officer, you will have an amazing opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clients. Being an international business, you will find yourself dealing with clients from across Europe and Emerging Markets on a daily basis. Working closely with the Manager of the Corporate Governance Department, you will expand your knowledge and expertise in assisting clients through legal operations such as : Preparation of board resolutions; Preparation of shareholder resolutions; Preparation of corporate documents; Preparation of offering documents. The role is highly focused on corporate governance, so it would suit someone who is interested and wants to develop in this field, as opposed to traditional advisory legal work. With the growth of investment funds in Malta, this type of role, will position your career into a highly rewarding and growing sector, from which you can develop further at Senior Level.
