Elixir Flare-Technical Support Executive Must have very strong verbal communications Skill and good interpersonal skills. • Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge is a must. • Basic Knowledge of Networking. • Ability to work different shifts in a 24x7 environment. • Excellent analytical skills. • CCNA or equivalent hands on experience preferred. • Answer all incoming technical support calls in queue with appropriate opening script, log all calls, walk customers though the trouble shooting steps. • Troubleshoot Internet connectivity, browser configurations, personal firewalls, email issues, VPN Connectivity and TCP/IP issues. • Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, DSL, TCP/IP,DNS • Responsible for handling customer calls with a positive problem-solving attitude. • Provide input for troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic tools • Properly document all calls in CRM. • May also perform additional duties such as; preventative maintenance and or other IT services.
