Ellison Park Cyclocross Festival, Rochester, NY KMS Cycling headed to north-west New York this past weekend for an awesome weekend of cyclocross. The course was set on a hillside, and had more climbing than most... but that also means lots of fun descending! There were also barriers, Belgium steps, logs, and a steep run-up to round out this awesome course! The race saw many spills, flats, and broken bikes (especially because the barriers were low enough to tempt many to try to ride over them!) It also saw lots of gutsy performances where, in spite of bad luck or other mishap, rider after rider pushed on and finished the race to the best of their abilities! KMS Highlights included Noah Barrow taking the top spot on the Cat 3 Mens podium on Saturday, while Turner Ramsay took 3rd place finishes in the Womens Cat 1/2/3 field both days!
