Elon Musk is suggesting national and international regulatory oversight. Who of you thinks thats a good idea? Are there any objections to the approach of international cooperation? Im asking you this because at present, Im writing my master thesis (law) about the possibility to initiate international negotiations on AI, in order to avoid an arms race as had happened during the cold war.
