Elwood (Woody) Moffett Passes. We lost Dad Thursday morning. His and (moms)passion of karting, motorsports, Stl Cardinals, Fighting Illini basketball and Chevrolet was such a huge impact on our family. That passion in who he was is seen through the eyes of his children, grandchildren, and great-grand children today. Whether it was himself racing in the 1960s with his brother in-laws and nephews, to the late 70s/early 80s with his kids and son-in-law, (6 karts at one time), to this decade of his grandkids and great - grandkids (now 7 karts), that blood and his passion is strong among us today. Would like to thank the karting community and all of the special people for being there for our family over the years. For myself, I adjusted/tuned karts, (and drivers) over the last couple years from his feedback that has improved our karts and drivers. Thank you dad. Please keep our mom (Dorothy) in your thoughts and prayers. The Moffetts
