Email from Pastor Jarret at Lighthouse of Hope Christian Fellowship, Kenya - Dear my brothers and sisters, Greetings in the wonderful name of our Lord Jesus. The name that is above every name.It is through this name that we have been forgiven through Grace. His loves endures endures forever and His mercies are open to everyone who asks for forgiveness. We are the children of the King and therefore whatever we ask in His name , He is soooo faithful to give us. I trust that this email finds you doing well in the Lord. Receive much greetings from your brothers and sisters here in Kenya. The school children asked me on Friday, Where did you take our (Omosongo) ? It was indeed a difficulty question but I kept telling them , they will come when God tells them to come. They asked me again Does God speak to them?, Do they live with God ? I told them Yes, God speaks with everyone and lives with everyone , that is why we are breathing.. They asked me all this questions because they see aeroplanes flying in the sky ,as they disappear from their sight , they believe that they go to God. That is , they understand that , God lives above the skies . We had a wonderful Sunday service yesterday at LHOH - Sengera , whereby 27 people attended in Bible study and 74 in the Lords service. I led the congregation in the Lord message from the book of Jonah 1: 1-17, our topic being (Obedience). Jonah being disobedience to God , was encountered by challenges as he tried to run away from God. But God prepared a great fish to swallow Jonah after being thrown into the see. When we become disobedient to God and choose our own ways , God will never leave us unpunished. We had visited Transmara on Saturday last week to share the Word of God with our brothers and sisters, They were so grateful and happy to share together and asked me again to pass their word of Big thank you for the gift of Bibles. They were 14 in number and we pray that God will increase their number and above all increase their faith in Jesus. Omosaria are thankful to the Lord too for the gift of Bibles and the request for prayers from both us for their growth in the church. We have really missed all of you . As you said Apostle Imani, words alone cannot explain. But we trust that Gods timing is perfect . Have you recovered Imani, What about you Brandon? You are still in my prayers . Yesterday we prayed for you all in our service for the Lord Jesus to stretch His Hand for healing. Receive healing in Jesus name. It is like there is Malaria, in this season, Last week mama Makindiba was admitted in Kisii hospital for 4 days and was discharged. Yesterday morning Kerubo took the young boy Brandon to Ogembo hospital for he had high fever and was diagnosed of malaria. The whole of this night , he has kept as a wake all through with high fevers again , Please keep him in your prayers. Hope to take him to Kisii hospital tomorrow if he doesnt show any change. But I trust for the healing power form the Lord Jesus. Pass our sincere greetings again to our brothers and sisters in LHOH-Canada and other satellite churches.
