Job Description a) The incumbent will help design an effective internal control system to ensure the safeguard for the institution fixed and financial assets; b) Help build a fixed asset tracking system with appreciate coding; c) Responsible for providing major transactions; d) Help ensure that cash disbursements have appropriate supporting documents, e) Help constitute appropriate segregation of duties to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in work; f) Help with periodic independent reconciliations of bank transactions; g) Verify procurement transactions to ensure that they are in compliance with the PPC ACT. Qualification includes: Candidates must be a graduate from a reputable university with a major in Accounting, Management or Economics. He or she must have at least a minimum of three years in accounting practice or auditing. The candidate must be a computer literate and with a proven moral character and excellent interpersonal relations.
