Technical Support Specialist Our client is looking for a Technical Support Technician that has strong technical ability, troubleshooting skills, or worked with high voltage equipment. The Technical Support Technician will be working with Electricians, Field Service Technicians and Customers. Duties include: Providing technical phone and email support to Customers, Installers and End Users as needed to support products Formulating troubleshooting guides and internal help documents. Training and assisting as needed in the Customer Service department Open cases, work order and dispatch field technicians. Creating sales orders and shipping documents for service parts and replacement products. Tracking shipments and following up with Customers to have all items returned. Close cases when all items completed, follow up with technicians with open items. Follow up with customers after service completed. REQUIREMENTS: Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: 3 - 5 years in a Customer Service environment Troubleshooting skills and proficiency with test equipment and working with live voltage. Possess in depth knowledge of PV inverters and Grid operating systems. Ability to multitask and handle several projects simultaneously. A high level of initiative and a proactive nature, good communication and presentation skills, strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent phone speaking ability.
