Box 94366 Riyadh 11693 Fax No. (+9661) 488.3945 Email : [email protected] Website: philembassy-riyadh.org Facebook Page facebook/philembassyriyadh PR-081-2014 23 June 2014 ADVISORY Embassy to Accept 100 Walk-In Passport Applicants Daily During Ramadan (Riyadh, 23 June 2014) – During the Holy Month of Ramadan, the Philippine Embassy will accept a maximum of 100 passport applicants without appointments beginning 29 June 2014 until 23 July 2014, Sunday to Wednesday, from 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM. Walk-in applicants will have to undergo Overseas Voter (OV) registration prior to passport processing. This will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the daily quota is reached, walk-in passport applicants will have to return the following working day. This consideration does not apply to those applicants who meet the following special criteria and are still automatically accepted for passport processing even without appointments: Those with Final Exit visas or are applying for exit; Newborn children (up to one year old); Senior citizen, 60 years and older; Those with physical disabilities; Females who are pregnant (with medical certificate as proof); and, Those who have lost their passports and need a replacement. All passport applicants are reminded to bring the following requirements for passport processing: Original passport for renewal; Photocopy of passport (data page only); Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia P.O. Make sure you complete all entries before you come to the Embassy. The Embassy will resume normal procedures and accept only those with passport appointments and “special criteria” applicants beginning on the first working day after Eid’l Fitr. (END)
