Embedded collar almost causes decapitation! ➤hendrickboards/s/save-russell He was found in rural SC with the worst embedded collar situation we have ever seen. He had an embedded rope around his neck and needed immediate emergency surgery. The photos are graphic, but you can see he was just about decapitated. Something to think about is this had to have happened over many months. All the while Russell was suffering.
