Emergence Of AAP from IAC & Its 49 days Governance in delhi before they disappeared from the scene (March 2014)...... samik-romel.blogspot.in/2015/01/emergence-of-aap-from-iac-its-49-days.html || Samik Choudhury || One of my friend has forwarded me a list of developemental work have been carried out by AAP during their 49 days governance in Delhi. My comments are in seriatim below.... 1. Free supply of 667 litres of water daily for households with metered connections. - It’s just a proposal. Nothing has happened, we r still paying to Jaal board in usual tariff. It would have been more appreciable. if he could try for an infrastructural proposal to make water pipeline connection to every colony. That would have lead to a permanent solution..... 2. Fifty percent subsidy in electricity bills for households, which consume up to 400 units of power a month. - This was also a proposal, Nothing has happened. We are still paying the bill in usual tariff. Again it could have been more appreciable to make a drive for replacement of faulty meters rather going for tariff. Also if he could have tried to make a cut in power theft in Delhi by hooking and other means, which is also a major cause of power crisis in Delhi...... 3. No red or blue beacons on official cars, bringing an end to ‘VIP culture - Yes, they had removed the beacons. But usual traffic snarl was there owing to their security measures. He also opted for a huge residence later retracted after hue & cry from his own common man..... 4. All government schools surveyed for infrastructure deficiency and given Rs.1 lakh each for immediate repairs - Some of the schools were inspected. But Rs 1 Lac was a declaration only, they had fled before implementing this..... 5. Some 24,000 people exempted from paying 50 percent of their power bills during the period they took part in an AAP campaign against inflated electricity bills - This proposal was a trash. Becoz these people have not paid their dues for months and it was compounding to the loss of service provider. More over to protect themselves they have put themselves under AAP’s cover. This announcement had a bad repercussion in delhi and court has also rejected this proposal. These 24000 will now face the music since their savior has fled from the scene leaving them to their own fate..... 6. Launched anti-corruption and nursery admission helplines - Merely media hype. These help lines have already existed nothing new .I have used them in 2013 Jan during my son’s admission..... 7. New permits given to 5,500 autos.Included some SC/ST candidates. - This was also a proposal encouraging caste-ism and reservation policies; had bad repercussions among different Auto unions. Eventually luring the common with false declaration went in vain. Delhi’s roads have accommodated thousands of ‘Gramin seva’ like larger autos, which run as metro feeder since last 3 years...... 8. Ordered audit of Delhi’s three power distribution companies - He only ordered a probe. But could not wait for the execution and the end result of it because he has to jump for that bigger stage, the LS before facing boomerang of his false promises. He knew, he could not match flamboyance of Shiela during her 1st two tenures so preferred to exploit these common people in an innovative way and continued with his own scheme of secret agendas. These are political stunt after Farji was paid by one of the investors for this, to take the project . Now all of them will be visiting court for revelation of truth....... 9. Registered first information reports (FIR) against former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit in irregularities in the preparations for the 2010 Commonwealth Games :- This was also a political demo, like one that happened in Gujrat day before yesterday. They have run away from the issue as “This issue is created for assembly election & does not suit for LS” ie why savior of common people ( Chaukider of Mango Garden) has become Mauni baba in sheila’s elevation and empowerment with immunity...... 10. Petroleum Minister Veerappa Moily, former minister Murli Deora and Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani for allegedly colluding to inflate natural gas prices and raising power bills:- Because of his such furor . All of them will be meeting in court for revelation of truth let’s wait and watch. This is a stunt for LS election. He did not move to court with the issue but court was approached by the other party..... 11. Changed Delhi colleges board members to eminent persons from congress hold. - No change has taken place. These are in proposal stage before implementing any they had fled ..... 12. Set rules for donations in Nursery admission so that parents are not robbed by school. - It is always there in Delhi. Last year also 8-10 schools had to show and reveal all the information regarding admission process to the court. You can check the news...... 13. 100s of night shelter built for homeless and existing one improved with new furniture. - it’s a funny story .He promised that but could not able to implement more than 10-15 shelters. He could only make some using old non-usable DTC buses and some under flyovers with bamboos and polythene. More than dozen people died during winter in his regime. There was also initial reactions for that (As death of poor on Delhis street is a common thing..People shout initially then forget)… to divert attention of people from this issue, he started the ‘Dharna the road showThat show also called off prematurely after weather got worst.The same way he made 4th march stunt to divert people’s attention from Sheila’s elevation.You can check with paper media during Dec 2013 to Feb 2014 for confirmation & can talk to any other person from Delhi, who has been staying here for quite a long time ( for me it’s more than 14 years & have seen the city for almost one and half decades)... We have seen AKs small tenure in Delhi. Theres no agenda for infra structure- development, rather he s more kin in providing subsidies to his own people whore defaulter in paying electric bill . We, the people of delhi,have stayed together at Ramlila ground during India Against Corruption movement. But AKs appetite has increased suddenly. Protest is one thing, asking question is one thing and development work is different thing; these bunch of people whove lost there mind after getting sudden fame & support which they had never imagined is causing the problem Sho chuha khake billi haaj ko chali. If AAP was so kin then whats AK doing for last 15 years? why did he suddenly come out of Annas shadow after India against corruption became a super duper hit?? Can any of my mango friend explain??.....
