Below is the statement of Ms. Beverly, as to the act of terrorism the West Covina police committed on her son. Call the West Covina P.D.at (626) 939-8500 and the LA FBI at (310) 477-6565. Demand a full criminal investigation on these predators hiding behind badges. NO MORE POLICE TERRORISM!!!! Violation of Civil Rights-Deadly Force –Falsifying Documents. Incident Date….July 4, 2013 and number: 3615595 Time……………….11:15 A.M. Victim………………Justin Levi Allen Victim Description. 29 year old male with Autism and Bi- Polar. On July 4, 2013 at approximately 11:15 A.M. In the city of West Covina, CA. My son (Justin Allen) was beaten by five (5) Police officers from. West Covina Police Department 1444 Garvey Ave West Covina, CA. 91790 (626) 939-8500 Justin was at the park in the vicinity of Holt/Grand Ave in West Covina, CA. . Justin was approached by officers and told he did not belong there. Deadly force was used on my son Justin I have the medical records that verify such an attack and the 2.5 hours that intensive care staff and Physician spent to save my sons life. He suffered RENAL FAILURE and a multitude of contusions and abrasion’s Justin was hit in the head repeatedly with the officers Paton, tazed in the neck and small of the back (kidneys) Justin was dragged and plummeted by these officers repeated. Our lawyer requested full discovery (Video from crusers.etc.) At Justin’s arraignment the paperwork our lawyer received stated that there was NO video. I was contacted by an anonymous source with-in that police department who has seen the video of my son. Sitting on the curb while the police were present (Not resisting arrest). The source was able to describe what my son was wearing in detail. Therefore I feel that the accounts of what they saw are accurate. We as a community are OUTRAGED!!!!! Requesting an internal investigation of the West Covina Police Dept. Requesting these five (5) officers be brought to Justice and accountable for their actions.
